Business Assistance & Advice
Whether you are setting up a new business, want to apply for some government assistance to grow your business or need some help with your taxes, we are pleased to offer our experience in business assistance and advice on the Costa del Sol.
Here are some ways we can help you:
Self employment
Many people in Spain opt to register themselves as self employed (autonomo) rather than a limited company due to the setup costs being cheaper.
Firstly you will need to obtain your NIE and Social Secirity number. Then you will need to register at the tax office and then back to the Social Security to confirm.
Being self-employed, you will need to submit tax returns every quarter. Average Social Security payments of 220€ will also need to be made every month.
A personal income tax return will also be submitted each year, which can result in a refund or request for a balance payment.
